The carpets are being fitted on the 30 June so there is a rush now to get all the drilling and painting done and anything else that may cause dirt or damage to the carpets because - guess what? They are white! The days seem to go so quickly - we start off with a plan of what we want to achieve in the day and get dispondent when we only manage half of those tasks....I suppose we should have learned by now. Dad takes up a lot of our emotional time as we, as a family, spend a lot of time wondering and deliberating about how Dad is, is he better or worse? Has he eaten? Is he fedup...etc. These conversations usually dominate dinner along with a bottle or two!
