I have never really been a fan of painting but as this is an indication of how far through the job we are and it is one of the final stages, it isn't such a bad job to do. We have used Johnstone’s paint www.johnstonestrade.com throughout and are very pleased with it. The local Johnstone's Leyland Decorating Centre manager, Craig Priestly, has managed to match colours to leather sofa material, sort out the right paint to get the finishes we want and has been extremely helpful all round. As we put the door between the kitchen and the utility room in, in March, it has inevitably got scraped and scratched. Craig mixed us some oil based eggshell finish paint in exactly the right RAL colour and Paul is going to use a small air brush to sort out the scuffs.
