25 May 2008: Two down, two to go..

The bathroom tiling is now complete as is the wetroom to bedroom 3.  They both look great.  We have had Ollie and Baz, our tilers, as house guests for the last 4 weeks and we think we have one more week to go.  They have been great fun and it will be strange without them.  They are employees of Foxwood and came highly recommended.  We cannot praise their workmanship enough.  They are interested in the way things look and, with so much experience, were able to offer suggestions and guidance.  Mum has put a lot of time and thought into the tiles and which colours and sizes/shapes to use in which rooms so having them laid well is so important.

We have used Weber tile adhesive and coloured grout - again, it was important that, having spent a lot of money on the tiles, we used the best products to make a good job of them.
